Gaza, Palestine

Israel's ongoing military attacks in the Gaza Strip have damaged and destroyed places where people live and systems that are needed for everyday life (like water, electricity, hospitals, etc.) with a very high number of civilians that have been killed and injured.

Well respected human rights organizations believe that what is happening meets the legal definition of genocide.

Reports show systematic attacks on civilian infrastructure, including hospitals and schools, and a blockade that has restricted access to fundamental supplies, leading to a humanitarian crisis.

The International Court of Justice has admitted a "plausible risk" of genocide in this context.
